No, we do not require you to sign up or apply for an account. Please keep in mind when you do sign up you will receive special discounts and promotions exclusive to our registered customers. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT HAVE I GOT TO CHOOSE FROM?
At this time we except VISA / MASTER CARD / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS through PAYPAL. Google Checkout will be implemented in the near future. At checkout you will have these options and if you choose, you may also pay by CHECK or MONEY ORDER. When paying by check or money order there will be a hold on your order until the check clears your bank. We will email you and let you know that your order has been shipped after your check clears the bank.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE?
We ship to the Continental U.S. (48 States) and Canada. The shipping method we use is USPS and UPS, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing a order. We will be adding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico in the near future.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days of receipt, if this is a custom order please allow 7 to 10 business days and this mostly due in not having parts on hand. All orders are shipped via USPS (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days and allow more for special orders as outlined above); unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you have specified and your location.
On rare occasions during the Holiday season, please allow up to 4 business days for your orders to be shipped.

Rush Orders are shipped DHL; Up to $24.99 add $22.50, orders over $24.99 add 45% of the total purchace. Shipping RUSH orders is expensive so try to arrange for USPS when ever possible and we recommend you avoid it whenever possible unless absolutely necessary.

I RECEIVED A PACKAGE, UPON EXAMINATION I FOUND A BROKEN JEWELRY PIECE, SHOULD I PLACE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER OR RETURN IT TO SE HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY?

When contacting us via email, and going back and forth with us in email format, please leave the previous message in the current email you are sending. This way we understand what you are saying and there won't be any misunderstandings. We suggest that you obtain a free email account through Yahoo, Hotmail etc. AOL and several other providers have rejected our emails as spam. It is important that you have an email account that our mail can get through to. Our emails will contain order and tracking numbers.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST, I NEED IT NOW, CAN'T YOU JUST SEND A DUPLICATE?
Unfortunately USPS and UPS will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by lost shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner. While all the jewelry is hand crafted, some pieces can be duplicated and some cannot, please take this into consideration if a unlikely occurance should happen. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order if possible and when the carrier validates your claim, we will credit your account or send a refund check at your request.
